Features

Zinsser® Cover Stain® Oil-Based Primer is a versatile, all-purpose primer designed for both interior and exterior applications. It offers excellent stain blocking, adhesion, and flexibility, making it ideal for surfaces like drywall, wood, metal, masonry, and more. Cover Stain adheres to dense, glossy surfaces such as enamel, paneling, laminates, and ceramic tile without sanding. It’s also recommended for areas damaged by fire, smoke, or water. Suitable for use on a variety of surfaces, including wood, metal, vinyl, and PVC, it’s perfect for sealing and priming both new and previously painted substrates.
