Features

Zinsser® Bulls-Eye 1-2-3® is a high-hide, water-based primer-sealer and stain blocker made from styrenated acrylic. It serves as a versatile bond coat for priming various surfaces. Ideal for interior and exterior applications, it can be used on walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fascia, soffits, foundations, railings, and other paintable surfaces. Bulls-Eye 1-2-3 adheres effectively to materials like wood, plaster, concrete, glossy enamels, hardboard, glass, and tile. It provides a rust-inhibitive coating for iron railings, steel frames, piping, and more. The primer resists mold and mildew growth in damp, humid conditions, tolerates high-pH surfaces (up to 12.5), and seals most porous substrates. It effectively traps stains such as graffiti, grease, rust, cedar and redwood tannin, creosote, and asphalt within the primer film.
